The environment is filled with knowledgeable and experienced staff whose hearts are profoundly about proving a home from home environment for my children to learn, explore and grow happily. The support and love is outstanding particularly for my son who has an extensive amount of additional needs. I can confidently say my children, for their first 5 years will have had their very best start in life from attending The Pines."
"Our daughter attended The Pines from when she was seven months old in 2018 until she left to start school in 2021. Our son started in 2022 when he was eight months old and is now starting his transition from the baby unit to toddlers upstairs. The transition is really gentle, gradual and carefully planned. We have been really happy with the care that both of our children have received at The Pines.
Our son goes in happily and tells us about his day afterwards. It means a lot to not have to worry about your child after dropping them off. I really do appreciate how well they know him, from the things they say to us and write on his moments and observations/assessments – you can really tell they know him well. The communication we receive is excellent – particularly now they have the app which tells us about their day."
